CampKeeper Privacy Policy

Effective: July 19, 2026

What we collect

• Account: your name and email (via Sign in with Apple or email sign-up). We never ask for your phone number.
• Club data: club name, property boundary, stand pins, reservations, check-ins, harvest logs, dues status, rules, events — entered by you or your club.
• Photos: harvest, stand and violation photos you choose to upload.
• Guest check-ins: name, vehicle plate and phone a guest submits, visible only to the club.
• Push token: so the app can deliver club notifications.

What we don't do

• No live location tracking — only the stand you check into is shared, never your GPS position.
• No ads, no selling or sharing your data with third parties.
• No analytics beyond what's needed to run the service.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage) in the United States, scoped to your club — only signed-in club members can access club data.

Your control

• Admins can export all club data as CSV at any time (Club → Settings → Export).
• Deleting a club permanently removes its data.
• Delete your account any time in-app: Club tab → Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile and club membership.

Subscriptions

Club subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. We don't see or store payment details. Dues tracked in the app are records only — no money moves through CampKeeper.
